Helge Backhaus, Denis Martin, and Hans Wippel attended this year’s IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks 2009 in Zurich. There they presented a demonstrator based on research of the 4WARD and G-Lab project, as well as the IME graduate school (Fig. 1). The demo was created together with Lars Völker, Peter Baumung, and Benjamin Behringer. Selected concepts of the demonstrator include the design and automated runtime selection of appropriate protocols, as well as Live Video streaming and network emulation.
